There’s a reason sound moves us. It calms the nervous system, clears stagnant energy and brings us back to a place of deep inner knowing.
Our immersive weekend workshops are your invitation to slow down, tune in and explore the healing power of sound.
Led by Natalie Grace in a gentle, hands-on format, beginners and practicing sound healers alike will deepen their knowledge with singing bowls, gongs, drums and more, and walk away with the confidence to integrate sound into life and work.
You’ve been to a few sound baths and felt something and now you want to learn how it works. Or maybe you’re drawn to the idea of learning in a space that feels calm, connected and soul-nourishing.
You want more than surface-level skills. You want something experiential, embodied and led with integrity. Something that connects ancient practices with modern understanding.
You’re drawn to healing that feels intuitive, embodied and led from the heart. You’re ready to learn from someone who can guide you gently but clearly, with both care and confidence. You want to step into your own resonance and share it with others.
Maybe you’ve explored meditation, movement, journaling or energy work, but something about sound lands differently. It helps you drop in faster. It quiets the noise. It reconnects you to something ancient and wise within yourself.
Over two immersive days, you’ll gain practical skills while deepening your connection to your own presence, purpose and inner rhythm.
You’ll have the chance to slow down, breathe and tune in. Through hands-on practice, gentle guidance and space to explore, you’ll explore how sound can support healing on emotional, physical and energetic levels.
Whether your interest is personal or professional, you’ll leave feeling more aligned, more resourced and more inspired to share your voice in a way that feels true to you.
By now, you’ve probably felt it: that quiet pull towards something deeper. This workshop is your chance to explore that calling in a space that feels safe, supportive and real.
The Sound Healing Weekend Workshop is a two-day, hands-on immersion designed to help you connect with sound as a tool for healing, presence and transformation. You’ll be guided through the foundational principles and practices of sound healing with abundant time to listen, learn and play.
I absolutely love the workshop with Natalie. She’s an amazing facilitator, she’s engaging, funny and clearly passionate for what she does.
Beautifully held by Natalie. She created the perfect balance of relaxed fun, knowledge, and experience.
Natalie was a wealth of knowledge and expertise, and I was blown away by the depth of understanding she had about the power of sound and its ability to heal the mind, body, and spirit. She was also incredibly responsive and attuned to the needs of the class, making sure that everyone felt supported and held throughout the workshop.
One of the most amazing things about the workshop was the sense of community that was built among the participants. Natalie created a safe and nurturing space where we could all come together and share our experiences, insights, and challenges. It was truly inspiring to see how everyone supported and uplifted each other, and I left the workshop feeling connected and empowered.

Natalie Grace is a sound therapist, energy healer and meditation teacher with a background as unique as her approach. With a music degree from Princeton University, years spent in the corporate world and deep training across multiple healing modalities, she blends intuition and expertise to create spaces that are both grounded and transformative.
Her journey into sound healing began after experiencing burnout, juggling corporate leadership and motherhood, prompting a return to her roots in music and energy work. Since then, she’s facilitated healing experiences in hospitals, schools, disability care centres and corporate events, helping people reconnect with themselves through sound and intuition.
A passionate teacher, Natalie has led meditation and sound healing programs at the Awareness Institute (Sydney), as an associate teacher on behalf of the Sound Healing Academy (UK), and as an independent practitioner. Her workshops are known for being accessible, soulful and deeply supportive, helping others share the power of sound with confidence and care.
