The Sound Flow difference

More than a room full of singing bowls.

A live experience shaped by a musician, sound practitioner and experienced meditation teacher.

01 · SOUND & VOICE

Musical depth you can hear.

Singing bowls, gongs and percussion meet Natalie’s therapeutic vocals—bringing melody, texture and expression to the experience.

02 · LIVE & RESPONSIVE

Created in the moment.

Instruments are played live, with space to respond to the group. Each session has its own character, shaped by the group and the moment rather than a recording or fixed routine.

03 · EXPERIENCE & CARE

In skilled hands.

Over a decade of professional sound practice and meditation teaching, alongside experience training and mentoring other practitioners.

“The sound healing was fantastic! I felt energised and relaxed. I would recommend Natalie to anyone.”Deb · Sound bath participant

New to sound baths?

Nothing to achieve.
Just time to listen.

A sound bath is more than a guided listening experience. Live instruments create sound waves you may feel as vibration in your body, adding a physical dimension to the sounds you hear.

Arrive & settleGuided breathing and body relaxation help you ease out of the day.

Rest & listenExplore layers of singing bowls, gongs, percussion and therapeutic vocals. There’s no right way to experience it.

Return in your own timeThe session closes with time to become alert gradually, stretch and settle before you leave.
