Yes, absolutely. Sound baths are a beautiful experience to share. Just make sure to book together as spaces are limited.
Many pregnant people enjoy sound baths, but we always recommend checking with your healthcare provider first. If you’re pregnant, please let us know when booking so we can offer extra support.
These sessions are designed for adults and older teens who are comfortable remaining quiet and still for the duration. That said, children around 10–12 are welcome if they’re able to participate respectfully. If you’re unsure, please get in touch.
Everyone’s experience is different. Some people feel light and energised, others deeply relaxed. You may feel more in tune with your emotions or have a greater sense of calm and clarity.
